Crystal Smith is an experienced academic program and operations leader with a strong background in higher education and organizational leadership. For more than a decade, she has developed expertise in designing impactful learning experiences, leading teams, and building systems that support student growth and institutional success. Her career spans program management, academic operations, human resources, and talent development, all anchored by a passion for creating opportunities that help others thrive.

Current Role at Stanford

Crystal serves as Program Manager for the Clinical Summer Internship (CSI). In this role, she oversees multi-modal programming for high school and undergraduate students interested in medicine, coordinates program operations, supports faculty and student engagement, and ensures that all aspects of the program run smoothly from preparation to execution.
