Bio

Diona Gjermeni is a clinical physician with dual specialization in Internal Medicine and Cardiology (board certified in Germany). With a strong focus on clinical research and trials, her previous work primarily revolves around antithrombotic therapy, atrial fibrillation and precision medicine. Currently she is actively engaged as Research Fellow at the Stanford Center for Clinical Research (SCCR), where she is involved in a variety of cardiovascular clinical trials across multiple phases, with particular emphasis on digital health, heart failure, and cardiac arrhythmias. Her research aims to improve patient outcomes through innovative therapies and precision medicine.
