Bio

Elena is a California-licensed attorney who practices licensing transactions. Before joining the OTL, she practiced at a Big Four firm and interned at the United Nations. She has published research on AI training, fair use, and U.S. copyright law, including analysis of current copyright litigation and potential legislative solutions. Elena is also fluent in several languages.
