Bio
Emanuel completed his B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology with an emphasis in Medical Biology at the University of California - Berkeley in 2022. During his time at UC Berkeley, he worked in Dr. Daniel Portnoy’s lab studying the effect of bacterial genes on the morphology and phenotype in Listeria Monocytogenes. He joined the Yang lab as a Life Science Research Professional in 2023 and is researching microtubule-associated proteins in neurodegenerative diseases.
