Bio


Garreth researches issues at the intersection of immigration law, family law, and constitutional law. He is particularly interested in studying how children and LGBTQ+ families interact with the immigration system. Part of Garreth’s work involves empirical studies of immigration-law enforcement in the United States. His scholarship has been published in the Arizona State Law Journal, the UCLA Journal of Gender & Law, and the Berkeley Technology Law Journal.
