I'm a research analyst at the Stanford GSB Venture Capital Initiative, where I work with Prof. Ilya Strebulaev on why some startups become unicorns. I proposed the Soonicorns study, and the team used it in its 2026 World Economic Forum package for Davos. I also automated the team's research process with AI, so processing one study now takes ten minutes instead of a week.

In 2022 I founded MedAI, a clinical decision-support tool that helps pediatricians plan vaccinations for children on immunosuppressive therapy. In its first week in clinics it stopped a wrong vaccine dose. It grew to 10 clinics, and MamaDoc acquired it in 2026.

I write open-source code as well. Nearly a hundred of my pull requests are merged into projects like ccxt, QuantLib and the UK AI Security Institute's inspect_evals. Often the bug is a rule the library documents but never checks.

I studied computer science in St. Petersburg and spent a year in Idaho as one of 90 students the U.S. State Department selected from 2,000. I'm now at London Business School on a scholarship, in the Masters in Analytics and Management program.
