Bio

Kysel is currently a Visiting Scholar at Stanford Law School and at the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences. He also holds an appointment as a Clinical Professor of Law at Cornell Law School, where he co-directs its Migration and Human Rights Program and is the founding director of its Transnational Disputes Clinic. In addition, Kysel is a non-resident Fellow at the Zolberg Institute on Migration and Mobility at The New School. Kysel’s research and clinical work primarily focuses on international migration and refugee law and international dispute resolution.
