Bio


Iva Colón, NP is an advanced practice provider who specializes in oncology. Iva received her nurse practitioner degree from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) with honors in June 2019, became board certified as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in July 2019, and then completed the Stanford Cancer Care APP Fellowship (October 2019-2020) with precepted clinical experience in the following departments: breast oncology, thoracic oncology, palliative care, blood and marrow transplant (both inpatient and outpatient), gastrointestinal oncology, hematology, radiation oncology, genitourinary oncology, cancer survivorship, inpatient hematology/oncology, and supportive dermatology. After completing this year of intensive training, Iva joined the Breast Medical Oncology division at Stanford, where she continues to be deeply committed to patient-centered cancer care.
