Bio

I have over 20 year of grant management experience. I have managed small locally funded grants and large state and federal grants. My interests are in developing efficient systems and sustainable processes that ease the cognitive burden of leaders and researchers so that they can focus on their interests and strengths. In addition to developing sustainable administrative processes through consistent iterative adjustments, my academic interest is in leadership and volunteer administration.
