Bio
I am a co-founder and lead of AIJ Global, a private investment platform focused on search funds (ETA) and selective VC in enabling technologies. I partner with entrepreneurs leading founder-led SMBs at a leadership or ownership crossroads, bringing an operator-first, institutionally rigorous approach to underwriting, governance, and execution.
My work spans evaluating acquisitions and growth investments, supporting CEOs and boards on decision-making and accountability, and translating strategy into measurable operating outcomes. When invited, I contribute practical value-creation playbooks, including KPI cadence, pricing discipline, operating rhythm, and data- and AI-assisted decision support. I also serve as a non-executive director and mentor first-time CEOs, with a bias for clear decision rights, simple reporting, and steady follow-through.
Alongside my core investing and board work, I collaborate with Creimermann, a specialist global mobility practice, on the commercial side of global mobility (residence and citizenship pathways), focused on positioning, new channels, and funnel discipline.
Outside of work, I enjoy sailing, long walks in new cities, modern art, and food culture, from neighborhood kitchens to omakase. I also like comparing notes on what makes teams work well under pressure: incentives, cadence, and the small operating habits that compound over time. I look forward to learning from classmates, engaging with the GSB and the wider Stanford community, and swapping practical ideas on governance, value creation, and scaling execution.
