Leveraging his technical and strategic background, Joel provides hands-on guidance in areas such as AI strategy development, software implementation, systems design, and technology adoption. He is also a Member of Technical Staff & AI Researcher at Stanford University's ARISE (AI Research and Science Evaluation) lab in San Francisco, California, where he works directly with leading AI labs including OpenAI, Google DeepMind, and Anthropic, contributing to independent research benchmarking frontier AI systems and evaluating their real-world performance against clinical and scientific reasoning standards.
