Bio

Kate is a writer and program manager at the Precourt Institute for Energy. As a program manager, she supports Energy@Stanford & SLAC and the Stanford Carbon Removal Initiative. Prior to joining Precourt, she worked at Stanford Transportation, where she managed Stanford’s sustainable commute programs and supported the department’s communications efforts. She has also worked at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC).

Kate holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Washington and a B.A. in English from Stanford University.
