BIOGRAPHY

Keith Salvado, RN, BSN, BSBioE, is a Research Program Manager in Research Operations and Strategy within the Center for Education, Research, and Professional Development (CERP) at Stanford Health Care. He leads and supports research operations, clinical inquiry, and research infrastructure initiatives that advance scholarly activity across the healthcare enterprise. In this role, he partners with nursing, patient care, and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen research capacity, operationalize research systems, and support the translation of clinical questions into meaningful research and improvement efforts.

Keith's work focuses on developing scalable research operations frameworks, consultation services, quality and compliance structures, workforce development programs, and systems that enable clinicians and healthcare professionals to translate questions from practice into rigorous scholarship and measurable improvement. His interests include research operations, implementation science, healthcare quality, organizational learning, professional development, and the design of sustainable research ecosystems within academic health systems.

With clinical nursing, finance, engineering, and research operations experience, Keith is committed to building environments that empower frontline teams to engage in research, evidence-based practice, innovation, and dissemination. His work emphasizes collaboration, capacity-building, and the creation of integrated systems that support high-quality patient care, professional excellence, and continuous learning.
