I have been a Human Resources professional for over 10 years. I hold a Human Resources Management certificate from Penn Foster College. My experience includes but not limited to reviewing and processing employee I-9's, workers compensation claims, benefits administration, recruiting, leave of absence, new hire, termination paperwork payroll issues, setting up and interviewing prospective candidates, account set up, conducting new - hire orientation, HRIS data entry, utilize HRIS data to generate reports, and maintaining confidential files and resolving employee relations issues. I enjoy employment law and working with employees to create a kind, safe friendly working environment.
