Bio
As the Director of Career Coaching and Education (CCE) within Stanford Career Education, Kristin leads and builds community among the CCE teams to identify, define, and engage with all relevant stakeholders toward ensuring Stanford students and alumni are prepared to explore and pursue careers with meaning, purpose, and impact. Kristin has over 25 years of experience in Higher Education focused mostly within career services, including over 17 years of experience at Stanford University (over two stints) and within the community college system. Kristin has earned an Ed.D. in Organization and Leadership, an M.S. in Counseling with an emphasis in College and Career Counseling, and a B.A. in Psychology.
