Bio

I am the program manager and senior scientific curator with the ClinPGx team, and coordinator for the ClinGen Pharmacogenomics Interpretation Committee (PGxIC). My research interests focus on integrating pharmacogenomics knowledge into clinical applications to ultimately improve patient care and developing standards and frameworks for assessing gene-drug response clinical validity, actionability and the clinical significance of pharmacogenomic variants. My recent works involves building the knowledge content of pharmacogenomics knowledge base (PharmGKB), writing clinical pharmacogenomic dosing guideline (CPIC) as well as coordinating efforts of ClinGen’s Pharmacogenomics Interpretation committee and multiple large international pharmacogenomics research consortia.
