Bio
Liam is a software engineer in the Department of Biomedical Data Science at Stanford University. He works on the NIH-funded Clinical Genome Resource (ClinGen) project.
Liam holds a bachelor's degree in pure mathematics with a concentration in computational mathematics and a minor in computer science from the University of Colorado Boulder. His academic background also includes extensive coursework in biology, physics, and natural languages.
Current Role at Stanford
Liam develops and maintains the HLA Curation Interface, a tool that supports the assessment of HLA alleles and haplotypes for use in precision medicine and research. He also works on internal tools used by the Stanford ClinGen team.
