Bio


Lisa works as an Undergraduate Advising Director, supporting primarily returning students and off-campus students. Before coming to Stanford, she served as Dean of Learning Resources at Menlo College, overseeing programs for academic support and student success. She spent her early career teaching writing and literature at Bay Area institutions including Stanford, Notre Dame de Namur University, San Francisco State University, and Menlo College, as well as serving as a consultant in the writing centers at NDNU and Menlo.She holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from Stanford and a bachelor’s degree in French, English, Philosophy, and International Studies from Loyola University Chicago.
