Maria D. Mora Mora is Chief Data Analyst at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University for the SECURE Analytics program, where her vision and expertise place her at the forefront of technologies redefining ways to protect and improve the human condition.

Over two decades she has led AI-driven transformation at the highest levels of scale and consequence — architecting a $3 billion industrial automation system at Top 100 food and drinks industries modernizing and automating large-scale production in Robotics and Physical AI; driving the data strategy behind entertainment franchises collectively at Warner Bros and Disney reaching nearly $4 billion at the worldwide box office; leading AI and growth strategy for Amazon and Amazon Prime at the scale of US population - 300 M; and shaping the analytics infrastructure behind UCLA Health ranked among the top three in the country.

Today she operates at the frontier of national security, leading secure research analytics that inform the policies governing how America competes in the age of AI — where the decisions move markets and nations.

A longstanding advocate for the next generation, she has dedicated her career to mentoring and shaping women in technology — investing in the leaders the industry has historically overlooked.

She holds dual Master of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Applied Data Science, awarded with High Honors.
