Bio


Before joining Stanford, Mariana was a visiting student at the University of Cambridge. She worked on the human-centric perspective of Enterprise XR, taking into account social sustainability and important considerations for employees, including culture, ethics and management to ensure a well-rounded perspective of the technological implications.
Mariana has worked across consultancy, banking, startups and corporates. Additionally she has published her first scientific paper at the renowned ECIS conference in 2023 on “Effects of Social Sustainability on Digital Transformation”

Mariana holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Technology from the Technical University of Munich. She finished her double degree M.Sc with honours in Finance and Information Management (FIM) at the Technical University of Munich.

In her free time, Mariana enjoys rowing, tennis, travelling and recording her own podcast series for students and entrepreneurs.
