Current Role at Stanford

I am currently the Fellowships Manager at Stanford Mussallem Center for Biodesign. Prior to this, I was the Education Program Manager in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Neonatal & Developmental Medicine, overseeing three clinical fellowships: Neonatology, Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics, and Clinical Informatics. My professional interests include diversity and inclusion work, psychological safety in the workplace, and developing tools for giving and receiving effective feedback.
