    LD4P3 aims to "close the loop" to create a working model of a complete cycle for library metadata creation, sharing, and reuse. LD4P3 builds on the foundational work of LD4P2: Pathway to Implementation, LD4P Phase 1, and Linked Data for Libraries Labs (LD4L Labs).
