Bio


Nina J. Lee (she/her) is a passionate educator, organizer, and advocate for equity and justice. With a Master of Education in Community Engagement from Merrimack College and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Women’s Studies from Spelman College, Nina brings both academic expertise and lived experience to her work.

Born and raised in Malden, Massachusetts, Nina has collaborated with diverse communities to advance reproductive justice and create inclusive, affirming spaces. As the Manager of Community Outreach and Organizing at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, she led a team dedicated to expanding access to sexual and reproductive health (SRH) education and empowering communities through grassroots organizing. Her work centers on uplifting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ youth and adults, fostering belonging and agency in every space she enters. Nina’s efforts have included facilitating workshops on consent and healthy relationships, developing programming that amplifies marginalized voices, and promoting comprehensive, culturally responsive sex education.

Nina is driven by a vision of a world rooted in equity and justice, where everyone has the resources and support to thrive. Through her dedication to education, community engagement, and advocacy, she continues to work toward dismantling systemic barriers and empowering folks to live authentically and with dignity.
