    I have been an administrative associate at Biology department since 2000. My work for faculty and labs with research and teaching are in areas of Genetics, Neurosciences, Cell Molecular Biology, Evolution Biology, and Conservation Ecology. I have broad knowledge in multidisciplinary research and my outstanding performance has gained recognition by receiving Humanities & Sciences Dean’s Award of Merit in April 2012.

    I am resourceful, organized and detail-oriented. I am skilled in managing multiple projects with varying and changing levels of priority and I am able to adapt to different communications styles in dynamic environment. Being an exceptional administrator, my goals are to deliver high quality intellectual content in our lifelong learning programs in partnership with colleagues and Stanford faculty.

    My job duties and responsibilities include but not limited to Federal and non-federal grant proposal with pre-award and post-award process and management, computer database and internet resources searching for research and teaching, references for manuscript preparation, international and national workshops and conferences event planning, Web design, J-1/J-2 visa, H-1 employment visa and immigrant visa (green card) processing, Federal work study recruiting and hiring, new staff training, global business in contracts and hiring, Stanford Travel and Procurement.
