Peter has over 25 years of experience in accelerator operations. He leads the division that carries out the day-to-day accelerator operation, manages configuration control, oversees work on accelerator safety systems, and coordinates maintenance activities for SLAC's large accelerators, including LCLS, FACET-II and SPEAR3.

Current Role at Stanford

Division Director, Accelerator Operations and Safety Division in the Accelerator Directorate at the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory.
