Bio
Philipp (Phil) Reineke is a PhD student at the Stanford Technology Ventures Program (STVP) in the university’s Department of Management Science & Engineering at Stanford University. Prior to joining STVP, Philipp worked as a Pre-Doctoral Research Associate at INSEAD Paris. He also worked in different startups and management consultancies. Philipp holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and a master's degree with distinction in Organizational Behavior from the London School of Economics.
Philipp is doing research in the intersection of organizational structure and technology. He has published on decentralization in organizations and AI methods in organizational research.
Current Research and Scholarly Interests
In his dissertation research, Phil examines Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) and decentralization more generally.
