Bio

Rick is a political science graduate student who is interested in public policy at the state and local level. He researches the politics of higher education and housing policy. Prior to Stanford, Rick worked for one year as a predoctoral research fellow at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He has a bachelor's degree in economics from Harvard.
