Bio
Dr. Robert Millard is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He Is fellowship trained in Interventional spine care and Sports Medicine. Prior to joining Stanford, he was in private practice for 27 years. Dr. Millard’s medical practice involves the treatment of spine pain syndromes and Sports injuries. Interventional spine procedures performed by Dr. Millard include cervical/lumbar: transforaminal epidural injections; facet injections; medial branch blocks and radio frequency ablation (rhizotomies). He has served as team physician for the San Francisco 49ers (1992-2008) and the San Jose Sharks (2005-2015).
