Bio


I joined Stanford University as an Associate Professor of Physics in June 2026. Before this appointment, I served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at the University of Maryland, College Park. Prior to Maryland, I was an Associate Research Scientist at the Flatiron Institute, following a Ph.D. in Astrophysical Sciences from Princeton University (2017) and an Einstein Postdoctoral Fellowship at UC Berkeley.

Current Research and Scholarly Interests


My research centers on high-energy astrophysics and numerical simulations of astrophysical plasmas, with a particular focus on the physical processes through which plasmas around compact objects generate multi-messenger signals.
