Work Experience


  • Consultant, The Bridgespan Group (February 2020 - June 2023)

    Founded in 2000 by the managing director of Bain & Co. and an HBS professor, Bridgespan is a leading provider of advisory services to the non-profit, philanthropy, and impact investing sectors. Ranked #4 best consulting firm to work for by Vault.

    Lead workstreams on two cases. Manage two analysts. Primary case focuses on the creation of a new nonprofit venture (i.e., building technology product, building partnerships). This new venture (OneTen) is corporate America’s most extensive mobilization in support of Black talent without a four-year degree.

    Highlighted impacts include:
    • Innovated organization vetting processes used to provide historically large grants through “start-up foundation.”
    • Built talent acquisition channels for new nonprofit (OneTen) to recruit and promote Black talent into Fortune 500 positions to reach 1,000,000 hires and promotions in 10 years.

  • Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Consultant, Shining Hope for Communities (SHOFCO) (June 2023 - August 2023)

    Worked in Kibera, Africa's largest slum, housing an estimated 750,000 people, on a variety of project to measure and improve the impact of SHOFCO's programs.

    SHOFCO (Shining Hope for Communities) is a Kenyan grassroots movement that operates in urban slums throughout Kenya to "build urban promise from urban poverty." It does this through providing critical services (e.g., WASH programs, financial services, anti-gender violence); creating a community advocacy platform through SUN, the SHOFCO Urban Network; and girls leadership through girls education and leadership programs.

  • Consultant, Monitor Deloitte (January 2018 - January 2020)

    At Deloitte I worked in the “Connectivity” practice working with a blend of corporate and government clients on technology and telecommunications issues like 5G, IoT, autonomous vehicles, and smart cities.

    Within Deloitte, I established a new office learning and culture team, hosted ~20 events drawing in 600+ total attendances; I led elements of UT Austin campus recruiting across two years to solicit hundreds of applications for 15+ analyst positions; and I managed writing process for 12 Deloitte whitepapers alongside senior partners, including Deloitte’s US Chief Economist.
