Lead workstreams on two cases. Manage two analysts. Primary case focuses on the creation of a new nonprofit venture (i.e., building technology product, building partnerships). This new venture (OneTen) is corporate America’s most extensive mobilization in support of Black talent without a four-year degree.
Highlighted impacts include:
• Innovated organization vetting processes used to provide historically large grants through “start-up foundation.”
• Built talent acquisition channels for new nonprofit (OneTen) to recruit and promote Black talent into Fortune 500 positions to reach 1,000,000 hires and promotions in 10 years.Location

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Consultant, Shining Hope for Communities (SHOFCO) (June 2023 - August 2023)
Worked in Kibera, Africa's largest slum, housing an estimated 750,000 people, on a variety of project to measure and improve the impact of SHOFCO's programs.
SHOFCO (Shining Hope for Communities) is a Kenyan grassroots movement that operates in urban slums throughout Kenya to "build urban promise from urban poverty." It does this through providing critical services (e.g., WASH programs, financial services, anti-gender violence); creating a community advocacy platform through SUN, the SHOFCO Urban Network; and girls leadership through girls education and leadership programs.Location

Consultant, Monitor Deloitte (January 2018 - January 2020)
At Deloitte I worked in the “Connectivity” practice working with a blend of corporate and government clients on technology and telecommunications issues like 5G, IoT, autonomous vehicles, and smart cities.
Within Deloitte, I established a new office learning and culture team, hosted ~20 events drawing in 600+ total attendances; I led elements of UT Austin campus recruiting across two years to solicit hundreds of applications for 15+ analyst positions; and I managed writing process for 12 Deloitte whitepapers alongside senior partners, including Deloitte’s US Chief Economist.Location
