Bio
Sirin Triwutpipatkul, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained cornea and refractive specialist. She completed her ophthalmology residency and cornea fellowship at the Department of Ophthalmology, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand. She also serves in Thailand's Ministry of Justice healthcare system, participating in nationwide collaborative research.
Her clinical interests include corneal disease, corneal transplantation, ocular surface disease, infectious keratitis, dry eye disease, and refractive surgery. Her research focuses on randomized clinical trials, international collaborations, and the application of artificial intelligence in corneal and refractive diseases.
Dr.Sirin is currently a Clinical and Research fellow at the Byers Eye Institute at Stanford University, where she is involved in clinical and international research in cornea and external diseases.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys exploring new places, traveling, cycling, and is always on the hunt for a great local coffee shop :)
