Bio

I am a master's student in Management Science & Engineering, working on optimization and machine learning applied to the infrastructure that makes the world run, spanning manufacturing, logistics, and connectivity.

My background is in economics and mathematics, followed by work in market risk and in technology risk consulting. Across both, the recurring pattern was the same: most of the world is a set of large, poorly specified optimization problems, and comparatively few of them have been solved. At Stanford I am focused on the computational and statistical tools for attacking these problems at scale, with a particular interest in operations problems in emerging markets.

Outside my coursework, I founded Albanian Trailblazers, a mentorship network connecting Albanian students from disadvantaged backgrounds with mentors across more than twenty countries.
