Bio

I received my PhD from Northern Illinois University, studying advanced electron beam diagnostics and phase space manipulations as an accelerator physics Fellow at the Fermilab A0 Photoinjector. Originally joining the SLAC Accelerator Research and Development group in 2012, I am now department head of NC Linac & FEL Area Physics. Our group focuses primarily on delivering excellent free electron laser reliability, performance, and capability for the Linac Coherent Light Source facility.
