Bio
Wolf Schulz has an interdisciplinary background in economics and law, specializing in patent litigation for the high-tech sector.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a First State Examination in Law from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. During his studies, he conducted economic research at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, taught at Ludwig Maximilian University’s Faculty of Law, and interned at the Regional Court Munich and Taylor Wessing.
After his academic training, Wolf completed his legal clerkship in the Higher Regional Court of Munich's district, gaining initial experience in patent law at Hogan Lovells in Munich and Washington, D.C. He then joined Hogan Lovells’ patent litigation practice in Munich as an associate, working on global patent cases involving technologies such as telecommunications, battery technology, LED/OLED, and data management systems.
Pursuing an LLM in Law, Science, and Technology, Wolf aims to further enhance his interdisciplinary expertise and deepen his understanding of patent law and technology.
