Work Experience

• Internship in Danone Asia and Pacific Management (DAPM), Danone Asia and Pacific Management (DAPM) (July 22, 2024 - September 14, 2024)

  • Managed IPE carbon tracking for Danone China suppliers, generating compliance reports.
  • Studied the Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (PRTR) , a system newly developed by IPE
  • Assisted suppliers to convert their waste testing reports to the PRTR system pollutant/carbon emission data
  (including atmospheric pollutants, wastewater discharge volume, hazardous waste transfer volume, etc.)
  • Thoroughly reviewed suppliers reports to identify and or infer the emission data and instructed them on how
  to input the data into the system, achieving the goals of establishing supply chain emission data and
  maintaining public transparency
  • Tested IPE system and reported bugs/glitches (such as unexpected overflow, missing suppliers’ labels , etc.) to
  help improve the system
  • Continue providing technical support for the IPE System related problems (July 2024 – Present)
  • This experience enhanced my communication skills and data handling skills

  • Recorded and edited lectures, coordinating with faculty for course resource management
  • Proposed and supported to implement equipment improvements (redesigning user interaction window,using
  an autofocus system to avoid loss of focus, and so on)
  • Monitor technical equipment working status, and report identified issues
  • Coordinate with supervisors and colleagues to schedule work shifts
