Bio
Adrené is a culture-builder, strategist, and systems thinker working in academic emergency medicine.
At Stanford Emergency Medicine, she partners with leadership to turn vision into action, developing strategic initiatives, strengthening cross-role collaboration, and building infrastructure that supports faculty, staff, and trainees.
Her work sits at the intersection of people and systems. Adrené leads initiatives in AI and data strategy, engagement programming, and organizational development, always with a focus on psychological safety, belonging, and operational clarity. From launching staff–faculty engagement toolkits to advancing multi-modal data initiatives, she is driven by the belief that strong culture and smart systems go hand in hand. She cares deeply about creating environments where individuals feel valued, supported, and connected, where innovation is not just encouraged, but operationalized.
Adrené is energized by building things that last: programs, processes, partnerships, and platforms that strengthen both performance and people.
