Bio
Andrea Grassi is a Ph.D. Candidate in Financial Market Law at Luiss University, where he also serves as Teaching Fellow, and an incoming LL.M. candidate at Stanford Law School (Class of 27). His research focuses on AIFs regulation, banking regulation, M&A agreements and contract law and economics. His works on these topics have been published or are forthcoming in law reviews and he has presented his research at international conferences. He holds a Master’s Degree in Law summa cum laude from Sapienza University and has been an exchange student at the University of Hamburg and a visiting student at Columbia Law School, where he conducted research for his thesis. He was awarded the “Felice Gianani” Scholarship by the Italian Banking Association to attend Stanford Law School, the Bank of Italy “Donato Menichella” Fellowship and the Fondazione Italia-USA “Premio America Giovani.”
