Micky Sharif
Senior Learning Experience Designer, Teaching and Learning Hub
BioMicky Sharif is a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he leads the design and development of learning experiences that extend the school’s impact to learners around the world. His work brings together faculty, product, technology, and media teams to create educational experiences that do more than share knowledge—they help people apply it.
Micky writes and speaks on topics such as behavior change, artificial intelligence, and the future of education, with work including “Designing Characters for Learning Experiences” and “The 3Rs: Designing Learning for an AI-Rich Environment.” Before joining Stanford GSB, he worked in instructional design at the University of California, San Francisco and as an independent learning design consultant.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Education and Technology from the University of California, Berkeley and a master’s degree in Instructional Technologies, Learning, and Design from San Francisco State University.
