Terrance Yan

BioTerrance Yan is the Music Director & Conductor of the Stanford Medicine Orchestra and the Infinite Philharmonic, an ensemble he co-founded with his colleagues at Apple. He has also conducted orchestras across the United States, including the Arkansas Symphony, the Baltimore Chamber Orchestra, and the Collegium Musicum of New York. His artistic endeavors span a wide range of collaborative and socially engaged projects, including Violins of Hope with luthier Avshi Weinstein, Immunity at Stanford with cellist Joshua Roman, the Reller Family Concert Series at Stanford Hospital, and the Anatomical Donor Memorial Service at Stanford Memorial Church.
Terrance has served as a conducting fellow at numerous festivals and masterclasses, where he studied under conductors including Donald Portnoy, Geoffrey Robson, John Farrer, Markand Thakar, Diane Wittry, and Julius Williams. He serves on the Board of Directors of the International Conductors Guild and holds a Master of Music from San Francisco State University, an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and an MS in Information Systems from Boston University. -
Janine Yunfan Yang

BioDr. Janine Yunfan Yang is a hospitalist at Stanford Health Care in the Division of Hospital Medicine. She grew up in China, Canada and California before completing her medical education at Drexel University College of Medicine in 2023. After completing her internal medicine residency at Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara in 2026, she joined Stanford Health Care with a passion for hospital medicine, with particular interest in cardiovascular medicine and medical education. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her husband and cat.

Dongrong Yang
Fellow in Radiation Oncology
BioDongrong Yang, PhD, is a medical physics resident in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Stanford University. His research interests lie at the intersection of artificial intelligence and radiation oncology, with a particular focus on foundation-model agents, automated radiation therapy treatment planning, human–AI collaboration, clinical decision support, and personalized radiation therapy. Dr. Yang received his PhD and MS in Medical Physics from Duke University and his BS in Materials Physics from Nanjing University. He conducted undergraduate research at the University of Freiburg in Germany and completed a clinical and research exchange at National Cancer Centre Singapore and Duke-NUS Medical School. His honors include the AAPM/RSNA Doctoral Graduate Fellowship and two American Society for Radiation Oncology Best in Physics awards.
