BioSine 2018, the issue of AI Impacting on humanity has been concerned to my interested researches as an essential issue of present human right concerns. this interesting subject, at last persuaded me to change my expertise from advanced technologies to law. Indeed, According to the my highlighted background in ground of control and Biomedical engineering as the dean of Medical equipment incubator or director of programme of AI in medical sciences, in field as advanced technologies, the problem of liability and responsibility has not been solved when any fault or wrongful act is happened by smart systems like AI. On the other words, who is responsible between owner or provider or AI itself?!!!!
Although in simple sight, the answer is full evident, from my perspective the key is hidden behind the AI personhood. In the point of my view, some pedigrees of personhood could be discover to AI.
In fact, AI personality will be affected on human confrontation with it i.e. if AI’s recognized as person, some rights and duties should be determined between him and others. Otherwise, if it be just a tool, like any tools the issue of AI rights and duties is void to purpose. Therefore, all responsibility consequences will be passed to its owner parties. Nevertheless, I 've been focused on the problem of AI legal status. Now, I'm studying and presenting my doctrine as name as " Global AI State". I hope in my reseach project this doctrine will be theorised finally and published around the world.
