Bio
David Barnstone studies the dynamics of media use in families with young children. He is particularly interested in how parents form beliefs about media effects and child development. Prior to Stanford, David worked as a full-time science writer and media relations specialist for several scientific organizations, including the American Physical Society, Society for Neuroscience, and Springer Nature.
