Bio

I am a master's student in Earth System Science at Stanford University and a member of the Terrestrial Carbon Lab advised by Professor Alison Hoyt. My research focuses on tropical peatland hydro-biogeochemistry, particularly how carbon dynamics, greenhouse gas emissions (CO₂ and CH₄), dissolved organic carbon (DOC), and iron (Fe) interactions shape peatland ecosystem processes under changing hydrological conditions. Through field and laboratory research, I aim to improve our understanding of tropical peatlands and contribute to science-based solutions for climate change mitigation, wetland restoration, and sustainable land management.
