Bio

Trained in both law and philosophy, Diego is interested in the relationship between law, economics, and political thought. Before joining Stanford as a SPILS Fellow, he spent four years at Chile's Antitrust Agency (FNE), where he worked on merger review and anti-cartel enforcement. Earlier, he served as an advisor at Chile's Ministry of Energy. He has taught Legal Theory at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
