Bio

Hannah Bae is a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Department of Surgery at Stanford University. She is an applied microeconomist whose research lies at the intersection of health economics and public finance. Her research interests include understanding how governments allocate scarce health resources as well as the impact of government regulation on family health insurance. She received her PhD in Economics from UC San Diego in 2024.
