Bio

Kyndal Yada is Program Manager for the Filming Interactions to Nurture Development (FIND) program at the Stanford Center on Early Childhood housed at the Graduate School of Education at Stanford University. FIND is an evidence-based video coaching program for parents and other caregivers of young children. As Program Manager, Kyndal engages in strategic planning and FIND program development activities, contributes to writing funding proposals, cultivates relationships with community partners, trains and supports implementation staff, and oversees program implementation. She received her master’s degree in Prevention Science at the University of Oregon and has experience implementing manualized, family-based interventions designed to support healthy development in the context of adversity.
