Bio

Linea Schmidt is a visiting researcher at Stanford University and a PhD candidate at the Hasso Plattner Institute (HPI), Germany. Her research lies at the intersection of digital health, health economics, and innovation policy, with a particular focus on digital therapeutics, remote patient monitoring, and evidence generation for digital health technologies. She studies how digital innovations are developed, evaluated, and integrated into healthcare systems. At Stanford, her work focuses on the role of digital health technologies in measuring and supporting medication adherence in clinical trials.
