Work Experience

  • Data Scientist - Test managing new French High Speed Train pre-operation phases / Summer Internship, SNCF Voyageur (June 2, 2025 - 8/29/2025)

Within a team of around twenty people (train managers, test engineers, test leads), I implemented and automated the processes related to the pre-operation testing of the TGV M.

Development of a Power Automate solution enabling:

Automated processing of scanned paper forms sent by email to a shared mailbox,

Data extraction using an AI-based OCR model,

Storage and structured organization of results in SharePoint,

Automatic generation of Power BI dashboards for test data analysis.

     Project objectives:

Simplify and secure the daily monitoring of tests carried out by more than 100 testers across 8 trainsets over several months,

Automate the processing of large volumes of data generated from hundreds of procedures,

Improve traceability and responsiveness within the team for test validation.

     Skills developed:
Team management, Power Automate, Power BI, OCR/AI applied to data processing, workflow automation, large-scale data handling, and cross-functional teamwork.

  • Car Prototype Manufacturing Summer Internship, Renault Group

During my internship at Renault's Technocentre, Europe’s leading automotive R&D hub, I contributed to the development and assembly of prototypes, gaining hands-on experience in the manufacturing process for prototype vehicles.
My responsibilities included testing and analyzing prototype components for mechanical integrity and durability, as well as optimizing assembly workflows. I collaborated closely with quality control teams to ensure compliance with strict automotive standards and helped reduce defects on the assembly line.

    Key Achievements:
    - Identified and resolved mechanical failures, reducing prototype assembly defects.
    - Engineered and implemented process improvements that increased efficiency and reduced prototype assembly time.
    - Coached and trained 5 operators on complex assembly tasks, improving production line performance.
    - Spearheaded ergonomic adjustments that reduced worker strain, enhancing production efficiency.

    Key Skills:
    - Prototype Testing & Analysis | Process Optimization | Team Collaboration | Ergonomics Enhancement | Technical Problem Solving | Automotive Standards Compliance

This experience reinforced my passion for mechanical engineering and provided me with practical insights into automotive prototype manufacturing, particularly in the luxury and electric vehicle sectors. It also deepened my understanding of production line optimization and teamwork in high-pressure environments.
