Łukasz is an entrepreneur, operator, and technology leader focused on building scalable businesses at the intersection of automation, software, operations, and enterprise technology.

He has scaled technology-enabled operations across multiple company stages, from zero-to-one creation, through rapid growth, restructuring, and exit. Experienced leader in technology business enabled transformation, using automation, AI and software engineering. At Symphony Ventures, he helped build the Polish operations from scratch, scaling the organization to to the company’s successful exit. He later led the Office Samurai spin-off, building it into an independent automation and consulting service that became part of Zurich Insurance.

Today, Łukasz is a Founding Partner at Axoma, a company focused on industrial automation, SCADA/OT systems, renewable energy infrastructure, BESS/EMS, and cybersecurity for critical operations. Through Axoma, he is building a platform that connects software, automation, and energy infrastructure.

Łukasz’s work has centered on key theme: turning complexity into operating systems that scale. He is particularly interested in how automation, AI, and disciplined execution can help companies become more resilient, efficient, and valuable.
