Bio

I am a Swiss board-certified radiologist with subspecialisation in interventional radiology, currently serving as a Visiting Scholar in Interventional Radiology at Stanford University. I hold a Senior Physician position at the Department of Diagnostic, Interventional and Pediatric Radiology at Inselspital, Bern University Hospital. I completed my medical studies at the University of Bern and obtained my M.D. in 2016, followed by board certification in Radiology in 2020 and the European Board of Interventional Radiology, EBIR, in 2025.
My clinical focus is on minimally invasive image-guided oncological and vascular interventions, with particular expertise in interventional oncology. My practice includes CT-guided lung biopsy, liver-directed therapies such as TACE, SIRT and TIPS, as well as percutaneous tumour ablation. I completed a one-year fellowship in Interventional Radiology at Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin. In addition to my clinical work, I have authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in interventional oncology.
