Nicola Saporiti (Nico) is an emerging markets infrastructure finance professional with 30 years of international experience.
He is currently a Senior Investment Officer and water-sector-lead for the transaction and PPP advisory unit of the International Finance Corporation (IFC, part of the World Bank).
During the last 20 years he has been advising public-sector clients in Europe, Africa and Latin America on airport / airline divestitures and PPP transactions, and the feasibility assessment, structuring and tendering of privately financed wastewater treatment and reuse, water supply, irrigation, hydropower transactions.
